Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not started any practice test. Once a test is attempted, the plan is considered used and is non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@surepass.in with your order ID and reason for refund. We will process eligible refunds within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
Study material purchases (PDFs and printed books) are non-refundable once downloaded or shipped. Promotional and discounted purchases may have different refund terms.
Offline Payments
For cheque/cash deposits, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after verification. Processing may take up to 10 business days.
